Saturday July 10th
This division is for the more seasoned CrossFit competitors. Athletes in this division should have no trouble hitting their gyms class workouts RX, have competed in the Open and don't mind things a little heavier.
While it is beneficial for all three teammates to meet the following movement standards,
it is not required
Skills: C2B Pullups, T2B, HSPU, MU
*Modification is frowned upon in this division.
Teams should be capable of the skills listed and be up for any challenge we toss them :)
