This division is for the everyday athlete that wants to push themselves. Athletes in this division should have the basics down, be able to perform movements to standard and are looking to have fun in the sun with their gym besties.
While it is beneficial for all three teammates to meet the following movement standards, it is not required
Skills: Pullups, T2B
*If Modification is necessary no sweat, that team will just lose podium eligibility. You will still get a great workout and tan.
