NO DAYS OFF!
SPECTATORS SWEAT TOO!
We are providing way more opportunities for spectators to sweat this year. These 30-40 minute sessions are included with your day or weekend pass.
SCHEDULE - SAT & SUN
8AM - RUCK WOD
Bring your own ruck or use one of our feed sacks. We start with a 30 minute Ruck along the shore and finish with a 10 minute finisher using the ruck/feedsack.
10AM+2PM - HIIT WOD
An express class you don't miss any of the action. We will use DB's, Feedsacks, Sandbags, and Battle Ropes to get you a great sweat. Cool off in the lake and you are good to go!

OPEN GYM
Can't make it to one of our classes? Thanks to RedBull, we will be offering OPEN GYM all day long for spectators at the RedBull Fitness Trailer onsite. Head over to the spectator workout area down by the water, you can't miss it!
